Meet Dr. Lillian Byington, PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist
(She/her/hers)
My journey to PRISM began with a lot of trial and error, and learning how to treat EDS/MCAS/POTS on my very forgiving patients. I am a firm believer in listening to my patients and trusting what they tell me. As I’m sure many of you can imagine, that quickly led me down the EDS/POTS/MCAS path. I truly love working with my patients to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan with multiple healthcare professionals to address all of their complaints and ensure that their myriad symptoms are well controlled.
Originally from NC, I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester. I then received my doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Washington University. Since graduation I have gone on to receive residency training and my CMPT through NAIOMT, my OCS, and trigger point dry needling CMTPT through Myo Pain Seminars. I plan on continuing my education at PRISM with an emphasis on manual treatment of EDS symptoms; and continued coordination with your healthcare team to manage all of your symptoms and diagnoses.
Outside of work I enjoy baking, camping/hiking with my family and dogs, and participating in triathlons.
